Fours a Crowd Pre-Order Terms & Conditions

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Shipping Timeline

All pre-orders are fulfilled 3-6 months from the date the order is placed.
Orders are produced and shipped first come, first served after all Priority orders have been completed.

2. Shipping Policy

Pre-orders include free domestic shipping within the United States. Currently, there is multi-faceted friction in our ability to trade outside the United State of America. Please e-mail us directly for your PERSONAL SHIPPING QUOTE.

3. Order Date & Processing Window

The 6-month fulfillment window begins on the date of your order.
You will receive email updates when your item enters production and when it ships.

4. Cancellations & Returns

Early cancellations or non-defective returns are subject to a 15% cancellation and restocking fee.
This fee covers transaction costs, materials allocation, and administrative handling.
Defective or damaged items will be repaired or replaced in accordance with our standard warranty policy.

5. Payment Authorization

Payment is collected at the time of the order to reserve your place in the production queue.
By completing checkout, you authorize immediate payment for a future delivery.
