After a decade of small-batch production, the world has demanded a change and though the Legacy Chorus is as electronically identical to The Last Ménage — just as it is to a model made in 2015 — there have been small variations and improvements over the years. Cosmetically, however, the Threeway has looked the same for a decade.
The Last Ménage is a new shade of blue, which make this Legacy a line in the sand: the end of the beginning.

An authentic replica of a specific 1980s BBD rack chorus that haunts the market with vintage unobtainium — now reborn in compact form, with Tap Tempo and a few carefully chosen updates.
The Threeway Stereo Chorus features three distinct chorus voices, each powered by its own bucket-brigade device. Their interaction creates the impossibly thick, liquid modulation that defined an era of guitar playing.
Whether shimmering in stereo or gently warbling a clean signal, it’s the sound of too much, but just right.
A faithful recreation of the original circuit, the Threeway can operate in Preset, Manual, or Hybrid mode (both active at once). Tap Tempo interacts with the Tempo X switch for real-time control, while the added Mix knob blends dry and wet signal for finer texture.
RT ElecTRonix gained access to a prime example of the triple-voice rack unit and documented its every nuance before re-engineering it to be quieter, clearer, and small enough to fit in a standard pedal enclosure. The result is everything the original promised — but much smaller and (relatively) more economical.
